Established in 1987, China Machinery Engineering Wuxi Co.,Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), and attached to CMEC EAST China Division. The company is also the only state-owned enterprise in Wuxi, integrating trade, research & development, and international service.

CMEC WUXI consists of two administrative departments, ten business departments , four holding subsidiaries and one overseas subsidiary in Germany cooperated with CMEC SUZHOU, with business in more than 100 countries and regions, covering solar power system, environmental protection energy power generation, machine manufacturing, trade service, etc..
